Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble. Likewise, two people lying close together can keep each other warm. But how can one be warm alone? A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back to back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken.
John 17:11 Now I am parting from the world; they are staying in this world, but I am coming to you. Holy Father, you have given me your name; now protect them by the power of your name so that they will be united just as we are.
Proverbs 27:17 As iron sharpens iron, so a friend sharpens a friend.
Matthew 18:20 For where two or three gather together as my followers, I am there among them.
Galatians 6:2 Share each other's burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ.

Prayer...How do we do it?
James5:16 Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results.
1 John 5:14-15 And we are confident that He hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases Him. And since we know He hears us when we make our requests, we know that He will give us what we ask for.
Matthew 6:5-8 “When you pray, don’t be like the hypocrites who love to pray publicly on street corners and in the synagogues where everyone can see them. I tell you the truth, that is all the reward they will ever get. But when you pray, go away by yourself, shut the door behind you, and pray to your Father in private. Then your Father, who sees everything, will reward you. “When you pray, don’t babble on and on as people of other religions do. They think their prayers are answered merely by repeating their words again and again. Don’t be like them, for your Father knows exactly what you need even before you ask him!
Matthew 6:9-13 After this manner therefore pray ye:

Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
And
lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the
kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen. (KJV)

Is church really necessary?
Hebrews 10: 25 And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of His return is drawing near.
Romans 12:4-5 Just as our bodies have many parts and each part has a special function, so it is with Christ's body. We are many parts of one body, and we belong to each other.
And...Jesus went to church....
Luke 4:16 When He came to the village of Nazareth, His boyhood home, He went as usual to the synagogue in the Sabbath and stood to read the Scriptures.
Did you catch the as usual part?

Why Read It?
2 Timothy 3:16-17 All scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. God uses it to prepare and equip His people to do every good work.
Joshua 1:8 Study this Book of instruction continually. Meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey everything written in it. Only then will you prosper and succeed in all you do.
Matthew 4:4 But Jesus told them, "No, the scriptures say, people do not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God."
